The wallpaper embossing steel roller is purpose-built for large-format, continuous embossing of wallpaper, decorative paper and wall covering materials. Produced from 45# seamless steel pipe or alloy steel, the roller body is welded, stress relieved, tempered, quenched and precision ground before a seamless, continuous repeat pattern is applied by laser engraving.

Large diameters up to 800 mm and face lengths up to 4000 mm accommodate wide-format production lines. The seamless repeat design eliminates visible joins and mismatched edges, so every run produces a clean, uninterrupted pattern with stable depth and registration across the entire web width.

Each roller is wrapped in anti-rust film and foam and secured in an export-grade wooden case. Before shipment every roller is inspected for hardness, roughness, concentricity and pattern registration, with production controlled under ISO 9001:2015 quality management.
